Cancellation / Prepayment

Terms of cancellation for period 06/01/16 to 30/10/16
If cancellation is made 21 days prior to date of arrival, deposit is refunded in full.
If cancellation is made 10-20 days prior to date of arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of reservation cost.
In case of a late cancellation, no-show or cancellation during stay, the guest will be charged 100% of reservation cost.
Terms of cancellations for period 10/01/16 to 05/30/17
In case of a cancellation up to 5 days prior to arrival, guest is not charged any fee.
In case of a late cancellation or no-show, then the guest is charged for 1 night.
In case of early departure, the guest will be charged an extra night.
Guarantee
 All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or cash deposit.
